Integrations: Tito

Organizers can connect their Tito account and their Boomset account to import their Registration. In this article, we will cover how to obtain the access key, connect the integration, and how to start the import. 

Getting Your Access Keys

To get the Access Keys you will need to connect your Boomset Account and your Tito account you will need to navigate to this page; https://id.tito.io/api-access-tokens. Please, make sure you're logged into your Tito account when accessing this link. 

You will need to obtain two keys: the Secret Key and the Public Key, to get both of these make sure you use these settings when generating these tokens: 

When your click on Create, you will see the two Keys generated in a page that looks like this:

Connecting the Integration

First, you need to connect your Tito account to your Boomset account. To do so, go to: Group Dashboard > Integrations > Tito: 

Once you have selected Tito from the Dropdown Menu, you will be asked to enter the following information:

Here, you need to enter the following information: 

  • Nickname: You can add your preferred nickname in this field. 
  • Access Key: Here, please add your Secret Key. 
  • Account Name: Here, please add your Account Name from the URL box in your Dashboard > Account Settings

Once this is set up, click on Create or Update. You should get a successful message. Under your Group Dashboard > Integrations, you will see the connection:

Importing Your Guest List

Now that the Integration is live, you can start your import by going to Manage > Import / Sync > Import a Guest List. From the menu, look for your Tito integration and lick on Start Import. 

You will then be asked to select  your Tito event from the provided list.

After selecting the Event, the sync will start. 

  • Outbound Sync: Even though the slider option is available, Tito does not offer Outbound Sync. 
  • Fields: Decide if you would like to sync all fields or only the selected fields in Tito.

Click Complete Import and you will see the Tito integration syncing. Below is a list of data that will sync between Boomset and Tito:

Once the integration has started, it will sync once every hour until one day prior to the Event. Then, the fast sync will kick in and you will see the sync occur once every minute — though, keep in mind, that sometimes the sync can be delayed by a few minutes, depending on the amount of data being pulled.
