Intended for virtual events. Steps for exhibitors to add information to their exhibitor's booth.

Exhibitors can add information to act as a great resource tool that attendees can happily and freely review while they are within the exhibitor's booth on the virtual platform. Please follow the following steps to add information to your booth.

1. Log into your Boomet account on the web platform. 

2. Click on information tabs under virtual booth on the web platform. 

3.  Add details under each category. 

About: Add as much information that you would like about your booth. This gives exhibitors the opportunity to really sell themselves, the sky is the limit! Exhibitors can highlight information as well as making some of the details bold to really emphasize what they are selling or promoting. Exhibitors can change the font size, style as well as color. 

Profile: Exhibitors can review and update their information that will be visible to attendees by toggling profile on. 

Photos: Exhibitors can freely upload as many photos as they want that will be displayed on their virtual booth. They need to click on "add photo" and turn on visibility.

To add a photo exhibitors need to click on add new photo and from there, they can click on "upload photo" under photo. We recommend uploading the photo in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or SVG format and the image resolution must be less than 15 MB in size. Exhibitors can also give a title to each photo that they upload. 

 

Videos: Exhibitors can upload as many videos as they wish which can be played on the virtual platform. They need to click on "add new video" and turn on visibility.

To add a new video, exhibitors need to click on add new video and from there, they can enter the video URL or embed the video code. We recommend uploading the videos in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or SVG format and the image resolution must be less than 15 MB in size. Exhibitors can also give a title to each video that they upload. 

Resources: Exhibitors can upload as many resource pages as they wish which can be displayed on the virtual platform. They need to click on "add new resources" and turn on visibility.

To add a new resource page, exhibitors need to click on add new resource and from there, they can upload their materials. We recommend uploading the resources in JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS  or XLSX format and the file size needs to be max 15MB with a limitation of adding 50.
