For an event with multiple sessions throughout the day, the Scanning Transfer feature within Session Experience will automatically change all session check-in screens to the next session.
Enter Session Experience on your device.
Tap on Rooms to see where the sessions are located.
Tap on the room name to see Scanning Transfer settings. Here, you can manage the timing of the transfer to Beginning, Halfway or End. Please refer to the image below.
- Beginning: Next session will start immediately after current session (A) ends.
- Halfway: Next session will start halfway between the end time of the previous session (A) and the start time of the following session (B).
- End: Next session will not begin until the designated session (B) start date and time.
Note: All devices will be set to Halfway automatically. Any changes must be made per device.
