Troubleshooting for On-Site Printing

On the Web Platform:

In the Guest List App:

  • Make sure that Auto Print  is turned ON in the Guest List app settings.
  • Confirm that you are using a current version of the Guest List App by checking the bottom right corner of the black status bar .

In the iPad Settings:

  • Make sure that the iPad is connected to the same network as the printer. 

On the Printer:

  • Make sure the printer is ON, connected to internet and calibrated
  • Using an ethernet cable is a good way to maintain connection
  • Make sure that the stock is being properly fed into the printer
