On the Web Platform:
- Please make sure that you have created a badge and assigned it to the correct registration type(s).
In the Guest List App:
- Make sure that Auto Print is turned ON in the Guest List app settings.
- Confirm that you are using a current version of the Guest List App by checking the bottom right corner of the black status bar .
In the iPad Settings:
- Make sure that the iPad is connected to the same network as the printer.
On the Printer:
- Make sure the printer is ON, connected to internet and calibrated
- Using an ethernet cable is a good way to maintain connection
- Make sure that the stock is being properly fed into the printer
