Help! My integration is not syncing!

When you are in Manage > Imported Guest Lists and see that your integrated event is not syncing to Boomset, please follow these steps:

1. Check the time of the last update and click the circle to manually sync the integration. If there are new attendees to be synced, you should see the number of Guests increase and the time of the Last Update change once the sync is complete .

2. If you do not see the number of Guests change or the Last Update change, please contact your Customer Success Manager or Boomset support immediately.
