You can still print badges and check in attendees without internet.
You must have an already established connection between your surf stick and iPad.
If your iPad ever disconnects from your surf stick at any time, you can go back into iPad’s settings, go to the WiFi options, and select the network being used with your surf stick.
The Cradlepoint router’s IP address page will pop up and ask you if you would like to continue without internet or choose another network.
Select continue without internet.
Now, if you reopen the Boomset app, you can continue printing badges without internet.
***Note: you can add walk-in attendees without internet only while using our Offline Walk-In feature.
***Note: you cannot log out of your account until you’ve reconnected to a wireless network.
