Any unused licenses (no leads captured, pending invitation) can be reclaimed by the event organizer post-event. Any claimed license will show as an Active status.
Deleting inactive exhibitors will restore unused credits to the event organizer's account.
From your event Dashboard, click on "Manage Exhibitors" under Lead Retrieval > Manage Exhibitors > Locate Exhibitor in question and click on the Delete icon next to the Exhibitor in question.

- Organizer Credit
- Exhibitor Purchase
