"There are a few different types of credits that are found in your Boomset Subscription Page. Credits may be included with your subscription package or purchased on-demand through the shopping cart. To learn more about purchasing credits and using the shopping cart, click here.
Types of Credits:
- Attendee Credits: Used when a guest is checked in to your event. One credit is used per guest check-in and will be deducted upon doing so.
- Registration Credits: These used for the check-in of guests during an Event. They are primarily used for in-person or hybrid events, as check-ins are done at the Event venue. A credit will be deducted when someone registers for an event.
- Activation credits: Used for Virtual events. These are used whenever a Guest logs into the platform.
- Lead Retrieval Credits: Used for distributing Lead Retrieval licenses to exhibitors or sponsors at an event. A credit is deducted when the license is redeemed by the exhibitor/sponsor and they scan a lead. Event organizers can only distribute credits from their current balance - they must purchase more credits if they reach zero.
Note: Attendee credits are only available on older plans.
