Updating Attendee Selfie Pictures

When collecting selfies from attendees, Organizers can upload images for Guests who did not upload theirs or edit the images uploaded.

To make this change, go to Manage > Import / Sync > Import a Guest List. 


There, you will see an option that says Upload Portraits / Selfies .Zip file. Click on Upload. 

Please, make sure that each image is named according to the barcode of the guest to which it will be applied. In order to obtain the barcode, navigate to your event in Boomset. Go to Analyze > reports and create an Attendee Report. Ensure to include the column barcode under registration info.  For more information, you can check out our article on report set-up here: Analyze : Report Builder. When the report is ready — barcode included — click the "Export Report" button. A few moments later, you should receive a full report via email, from where you can retrieve the barcode number for each of your guests.

  • PNG
  • JPEG

Recommended Image Resolution:

  • 1024 by 1024 pixels
  • If the image is not at the recommended resolution, ensure that the aspect ratio of the uploaded image is 1:1.
