📌*Every Saturday and Sunday, we monitor for urgent and major issues during live events. An issue is considered major if you have a live event and it prevents the majority of attendees from using the platform.

❗ Our support hours change during holidays. Response times can be delayed for up to 8 hours. If your event is happening during a US/EU National Holiday. We thank you for your patience and will get to you as soon as possible.
